Ingredients

  • 300g flour

  • 40g sunflower oil

  • 600g milk

  • 20 g of YUMGO Whole Powder + 130 g of water (to hydrate the powder) or 150 g of Yumgo Whole Liquid

Process

  1.   Mix the flour and the YUMGO Whole (powder rehydrated or liquid).

  2. Add water, oil and mix.

  3. Gradually add the milk and mix everything together.

  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan and oil it very
    slightly.

  5. Pour a ladle of batter, spread it in the pan then
    wait until cooked on one side before flipping.

  6. Cook all the pancakes over low heat.
