YUMGO Blanc is composed of plant-based proteins of European origin, with a very short list of ingredients , in order to remain as natural as possible. All 100% plant-based, allergen-free , and with an equivalent nutritional intake  !

Simple to use, and so tasty!

Use: Shake well before use, and go! Use YUMGO White in the same quantity and in the same way as egg whites. Use the mixer's maximum strength to whip YUMGO White into snow.

25 CL of YUMGO White = equivalent to 8 egg whites.

1L of YUMGO White = approximately equivalent to 32 egg whites.

Conservation:  

  • Keep cool (between 0° and 4°).

  • Use within 4 months after production

  • Consume 7 days after opening the bottle

  • Can be frozen
