WAFFLES

Ingredients

  • 180 g of whole milk or vegetable milk

  • 43g butter or margarine

  • 15g oil

  • 25g sugar

  • 5g vanilla

  • 5 g WHOLE Yumgo POWDER+ 45 g of water (to hydrate the powder) or 50 g of Yumgo Whole LIQUID

  • 5g of fresh yeast

  • 2g salt

  • 150 g T45 flour

Process

  1. Heat milk to 55°C.

  2. Melt butter and mix with oil.

  3. For powder product, mix Yumgo Whole powder with water to rehydrate it.

  4. Add the sugar, vanilla and ( rehydrated powder or liquid) Yumgo Whole to the butter/oil mixture.

  5. Dissolve the fresh yeast in milk and add to the previous mixture.

  6. Add salt and flour.

  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  8. Cook in a waffle iron.
