RAMOS GIN COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 30 g gin 

  • 15 g lime juice

  • 50 g grapefruit or lemon juice

  • 2 g of Yumgo WHITE POWDER + 13 g water or 15 g of Yumgo WHITE LIQUID

  • 30 g sparkling water

Process

  1. Pour the gin into a shaker.

  2. Add lime and grapefruit juice.

  3. For powder product, rehydrate Yumgo Blanc powder with water.

  4. Add Yumgo White ( rehydrated or liquid) to the previous mixture.

  5. Add a dozen ice cubes and shake for 3 to 10 seconds.

  6. Top up with soda water and serve in a glass.
