Ingredients

  • 72 g of MIX Quiche

  • 250 g of plant-based milk (or Semi-skimmed milk)

  • 128 g of water

  • 80 g of plant-based (or liquid cream 33%)

  • Shortcrust pastry 1 piece -

  • Garnish of your choice

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

  2. Using a mixer, blend the Mix quiche, milk, water and cream.

  3. Pour over a shortcrust pastry and add filling of your choice. Bake for 30 min at 220°C in a preheat oven.

ADVICE

The quiche can be cut better when cooled ( It can also be placed in the freezer for faster cooling.)
