PANCAKES
YUMGO & La Mandorle

Ingredients

  • 30g of butter or margarine

  • 125g of flour

  • 5g of baking powder

  • 15g of sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 50 g of YUMGO Whole Powder

  • 20g of La Mandorle almond milk

  • 150ml of water

Process

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, YUMGO Whole Powder and La Mandorle almond milk powder.

  2. Add the butter or margarine and the water gradually.

  3. Leave the batter to rest for 1 hour in the fridge.

  4. Cook the pancakes 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
