CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS  
FOR 8 PEOPLE
  • 300 g 68% dark chocolate

  • 180 g of YUMGO White

  • 60 g brown sugar

  • 180 g of plant based milk

  • 80 g plant-based butter

STEPS
  • Heat the plant-based milk. Just before it comes to a boil, mix the milk with the chocolate to melt it.

  • Add the butter to the milk mixture then mix.

  • Cool the mixture until it is lukewarm.

  • Whip YUMGO White until stiff using the maximum force of the mixer.

  • Incorporate the sugar gradually with YUMGO White then pour over the melted chocolate.

  • Mix gently with a spatula.

  • Pour into the containers.

  • Keep in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
