Ingredients

  • 200g flour

  • 150g sugar

  • 100g butter or margarine

  • 10 g baking powder

  • 50g milk or soy milk

  • 24 g of YUMGO Whole Powder + 126 g water (to hydrate the powder) or 150 g of Yumgo Whole Liquid

Process

  1. For powder product, mix Yumgo Whole Powder with water to rehydrate it.

  2. Add sugar, milk and vanilla.

  3. Add flour and baking powder.

  4. Add melted butter or margarine and smooth.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 210°C.
