CHOCOLATE FONDANT

Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate

  • 200 g butter or margarine

  • 100 g sugar

  • 100 g flour

  • 32 g YUMGO Wholemeal Powder + 168 g water (to hydrate the powder) or 200 g YUMGO Wholemeal Liquid

Process

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter or margarine in a bain-marie.

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, then the flour.

  3. Mix Yumgo Whole Powder with the water to rehydrate it OR use Yumgo Whole Liquid directly.

  4. Add the rehydrated Whole Powder OR Liquid Whole 50g by 50g to the chocolate mixture.

  5. Place the mixture in a cake tin and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
