CHOCOLATE FONDANT

Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate

  • 200g butter or margarine

  • 100g sugar

  • 100g of flour

  • 32 g of YUMGO Whole Powder

  • 168 g of water (to hydrate the powder)

Process

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter or margarine in a bain-marie.

  2. Off the heat, add the sugar and then the flour, stirring.

  3. Mix YUMGO Whole Powder with water to rehydrate it.

  4. Add YUMGO Whole Rehydrated Powder 50g by 50g into the chocolate mixture.

  5. Put the mixture in a cake mold and bake for 15 min at 180°C.
