PISTACHIO FINANCIALS

Ingredients

  • 110g T45 flour

  • 95g Sevarom pistachio paste

  • 3 baking powder

  • 135g ground almonds

  • 300g icing sugar

  • 165g butter or margarine

  • 32 g of YUMGO White Powder

  • 268 g of water (to hydrate the powder)

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients.

  3. Mix YUMGO White Powder with water to rehydrate it.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients with the rehydrated YUMGO White Powder.

  5. Add the melted butter or margarine, the pistachio paste and mix.

  6. Distribute the mixture in molds.

  7. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
