Ingredients

  • 110g T45 flour

  • 60g cocoa powder

  • 3 g baking powder 

  • 135 g ground almonds 

  • 300 g icing sugar 

  • 165g butter or margarine

  • 32 g of YUMGO White Powder 

  • 268 g of water (to hydrate the powder) 

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients.

  3. Mix YUMGO White Powder with water to rehydrate it.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients with YUMGO White Powder rehydrated.

  5. Add the melted butter or margarine and mix.

  6. Distribute the mixture in molds.

  7. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
