Ingredients

  • 150 g caster sugar

  • 140 g ground almonds

  • 50 g icing sugar

  • 40 g cornstarch

  • 18 g YUMGO White Powder + 152 g of water to hydrate the powder or 170 g of Yumgo White Liquid

Process

  1. For powder product, mix YUMGO White Powder with water to rehydrate it.

  2. Whip YUMGO White (Powder rehydrated or liquid), add the sugar gradually (in 3 times).

  3. Mix the ground almonds, icing sugar and cornstarch and gently incorporate into the previous mixture using a spatula.

  4. Cast the device in a frame.

  5. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
