Ingredients

  • 82 g flour

  • 5 g baking powder

  • 1 g salt

  • 30 g heavy cream 30% 

  • 37 g butter or margarine

  • 0.4 g pepper

  • 12 g of YUMGO, Whole Powder

  • 81 g of water (to hydrate the powder)

Process

  1. Mix YUMGO Whole Powder with the water to rehydrate it.

  2. Mix the rehydrated YUMGO Whole Powder with the cream.

  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper, and add to the previous mixture.

  4. Add the melted butter or margarine and mix well.

  5. Cook for 50 minutes at 170°C.
