MARBLE CAKE
Part 1: Vanilla dough

Ingredients

  • 114 g of sugar 

  • 155g T45 flour

  • 9.8 g baking powder 

  • 20g ground almonds

  • 5.5 g of liquid vanilla extract 

  • 2.2 g salt 

  • 62 g of sunflower oil 

  • 21 g of YUMGO Whole Powder 110 g of water (to hydrate the powder) or 131 g of Yumgo Whole Liquid

Process

  1. For powder product, mix YUMGO Whole Powder with water to rehydrate it.

  2. Mix the YUMGO Whole ( rehydrated Powder or liquid) and sugar.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, ground almonds, vanilla extract and salt.

  4. Add the powder mixture to the Whole YUMGO/sugar mixture.

  5. Add oil and vanilla.

  6. Once the vanilla dough is ready, move on to part 2.

CAKE MARBRE
Partie 2 : Pâte cacao

Ingredients

  • 114 g of sugar 

  • 131g T45 flour

  • 8.38 g baking powder 

  • 20g ground almonds

  • 31 g of cocoa 

  • 2.8 g salt 

  • 62 g sunflower oil 

  • 21 g of YUMGO Whole Powder 

  • 110 g of water (to hydrate the powder)

Process

  1. Mix YUMGO Whole Powder with water to rehydrate it.

  2. Mix YUMGO Whole Rehydrated Powder and sugar.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, ground almonds, cocoa and salt.

  4. Add the powder mixture to the YUMGO Whole/sugar mixture then add the oil.

  5. Pour the two batters into a cake mold.

  6. Bake at 170°C for 60 minutes.
