Ingredients

  • 118.8g of oil

  • 120g of chocolate 

  • 120g of sugar 

  • 60g flour

  • 1.2g of baking powder

  • 60g of cornstarch

  • 18g of YUMGO Whole Powder

  • 102g of water to hydrate the powder

Process

  1. Mix Yumgo Whole Powder with the water in order to rehydrate it.

  2. Melt the chocolate and the oil in a bain-marie at 55°C

  3. Off the heat, add the sugar and then the flour, and stir.

  4. Finally, add the rehydrated Yumgo Whole Powder to the mix.

  5. Pour the mixture into an 18cm cake tin (500g per mould) and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
