Ingredients

  • 35 g Whole YUMGO Powder + 180 g of water ( to hydrate the powder) or 215 g of Yumgo Whole Liquid

  • 205g sugar

  • 105g T45 flour

  • 5g baking powder

  • 5g salt

  • 45g cornstarch

  • 185g butter or margarine

  • 235g 68% chocolate

Process

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together (sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cornflour).

  2. Mix the whole YUMGO powder with the water to rehydrate it OR use the whole YUMGO liquid.

  3. Add to the previous powder mixture.

  4. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie at 55°C.

  5. Stir into the previous mixture.

  6. Sprinkle with dried fruit.

  7. Pour the mixture into an 18 cm tin (500 g per tin) and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180°C.
