Ingredients

  • Yumgo WHOLE POWDER 24 g

  • Water (to hydrate the powder) 126 g

  • Milk 200 g

  • Cream 35% 200 g

  • T45 flour 40 g

  • Salt, pepper

  • Shortcrust pastry 1 piece -

  • Garnish of your choice

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

  2. Rehydrate Yumgo Whole Powder with water.

  3. Mix the rehydrated Yumgo Whole Powder with the milk,
    cream, flour with a hand blender.

  4.  Add salt and pepper in the desired amount.

  5. Pour the batter over a shortcrust pastry.

  6. Add the ingredients of your choice.

  7. Bake it for 30 min at 220°C.
