  • 24 g of Yumgo WHOLE POWDER + 126 g of Water (to hydrate the powder) or 150 g of Yumgo WHOLE LIQUID

  • 200 g of Milk 

  • 200 g of Cream 35% 

  • 40 g of T45 flour 

  • Salt, pepper

  • Shortcrust pastry 1 piece -

  • Garnish of your choice


  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

  2. For powder product, rehydrate Yumgo Whole Powder with water.

  3. Mix the Yumgo Whole ( rehydrated Powder or liquid) with the milk, cream, flour with a hand blender.

  4.  Add salt and pepper in the desired amount.

  5. Pour the batter over a shortcrust pastry.

  6. Add the ingredients of your choice.

  7. Bake it for 30 min at 220°C.
