Ingredients

  • 200g milk

  • 200g 35% cream

  • 45g whole egg

  • 40 g T45 flour

  • 13.65g YUMGO Whole Powder

  • 91.35 g of water (to hydrate the powder)

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.

  2. Rehydrate Yumgo Whole Powder with water.

  3. Mix the rehydrated Yumgo Whole Powder with milk and cream.

  4. Add salt and pepper in the desired amount.

  5. Pour the mixture over a shortcrust pastry.

  6. Add the garnish of your choice.
