YUMGO Whole is a plant-based whole egg alternative

Product Description :

  • YUMGO Whole is a 100% plant-based alternative to eggs. YUMGO Whole replaces the egg in your preparations: pancakes, quiches, waffles, brioches, scrambled eggs, cakes or muffins. All this without changing the recipes

  • Properties: Emulsifier, coagulant, binder, gelling, foaming

  • A short, natural and allergen-free list of ingredients for aultra delicious result!

  • A 1 L bottle corresponds to 20 eggs

  • A 5 L bottle corresponds to 100 eggs

  • A 10 L bottle corresponds to 200 eggs

  • 1 egg corresponds to 50 gr of Whole YUMGO

Powder:

1 kg YUMGO Whole powder  = equivalent to 130 eggs

 

Ingredients :

Potato protein, hydrolyzed pea protein, rice flour, beta carotene, water
VEGAN / ALLERGEN FREE 

Storage in liquid format:

  • Store cool (0-4 degrees C)

  • DLC 50 days after production

  • Consume within 3 days after opening

  • Can be frozen

Conservation powder:

  • DDM: 10 to 14 months after production (ex-factory)

  • Store at room temperature

  • To be stored in a cool place (0 - 4 degrees) and use within 7 days after mixing
