ALMOND BISCUITS BY @parisvegantouch

INGREDIENTS

 

  • YUMGO White                              70 gr

  • Flaked almonds                            60 gr

  • White powdered sugar               100 gr

  • Flour                                            30 gr

  • Vegetable butter (special pastry) 60 gr

 

STEPS

 

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan heated over low heat

  • In a large bowl, combine the sugar and  YUMGO White

  • Add the melted fat and mix well

  • Pour the flour, and mix to obtain a very homogeneous dough

  • Finish by adding the flaked almonds, and mix again

  • Place the appliance in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

  • On the baking sheet covered with parchment paper, form small heaps of dough and spread them (make sure to leave a large space between each tile because the dough will still spread during cooking)

  • Put the baking sheet in the oven and cook for about 10 to 13 minutes (depending on the size)
