  • YUMGO White                    30 gr

  • Apple compote              20-25 gr

  • Sugar                                 60 gr

  • Grated Coconut                 60 gr


  • Preheat your oven at 230°C

  • Pour YUMGO White in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix it with a whip.

  • Add the grated coconut then mix it

  • End it by adding the apple compote and mix it well to get a homogeneous dough

  • Shape small balls with wet fingers (to avoid sticky hands)

  • Shape your "rochers" with your fingers by making a peak and "ridges" on sides

  • Leave it in the oven for 8 minutes and check the cooking

After the cooking, let it cool down with ambient temperature. They can be tasted warm or cooled !
