VEGAN FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS
  • Rice                                          300 gr

  • Carrot                                       100 gr

  • Smoked tofu                             100 gr

  • YUMGO Whole                         100 gr

  • Soy sauce                                 1 tbsp

  • Green peas                               100 gr

  • Salt, Pepper

PREPARATION

  • Cook the rice in a pot of boiling water

  • Cut the peeled carrots and smoked tofu into small pieces

  • Brown for a few minutes in an oiled pan

  • Add the rice and soy sauce and mix

  • Pour whole YUMGO and the peas, season with salt and pepper

  • Continue cooking for 2 minutes
