  • 14g of YUMGO Whole
  • 7 g of YUMGO Yolk
  • 35 g plant-based cream
  • 35 g plant-based milk
  • 7g flour
  • 0.2g salt
  • 0.2g pepper
  • Plant-based lardons (or other plant-based substitute for meat)
  • Plant-based grated (or other plant-based substitute for cheese)
  • 300g flour
  • 150 g plant-based butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 8 cl of water
  • Mix flour and salt in a dish.
  • Add the plant-based butter and knead quickly and lightly with your fingertips. You should obtain a coarse meal in 2 or 3 min.
  • Add the water and mix with your hands.
  • Spread the dough on baking paper.
  • Cook the plant-based lardons in the pan.
  • Spread the dough in a mold, taking care to stitch it with a fork.
  • Line the base with vegetable grated then dplace the vegetable lardons.
  • Pour the quiche mix.
  • Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes.
