Ingredients
for 8 people

300 g dark chocolate 68%

180 g of YUMGO White
-
60 g brown sugar
-
180 g vegetable milk
-
80 g coconut oil
Steps
-
Heat the vegetable milk. Just before it boils, mix the milk with the chocolate to melt it.

Add the coconut oil to the milk mixture then mix.

Cool the mixture until it is just warm.

Beat YUMGO Blanc until stiff, using the maximum speed of the mixer.

Incorporate the sugar gradually during the expansion of YUMGO then pour over the melted chocolate.

Mix gently with a spatula.
-
Pour into the containers.
-
Keep cool for 2 to 3 hours.
QUICHE LORRAINE
INGREDIENTS

14g of YUMGO Whole
-
7 g of YUMGO Yolk
-
35 g plant-based cream
-
35 g plant-based milk
-
7g flour
-
0.2g salt
-
0.2g pepper
-
Plant-based lardons (or other plant-based substitute for meat)

Plant-based grated (or other plant-based substitute for cheese)
PASTRY INGREDIENTS

300g flour
-
150 g plant-based butter
-
1 pinch of salt
-
8 cl of water
RECIPE
-
Mix flour and salt in a dish.

Add the plant-based butter and knead quickly and lightly with your fingertips. You should obtain a coarse meal in 2 or 3 min.

Add the water and mix with your hands.

Spread the dough on baking paper.
-
Cook the plant-based lardons in the pan.
-
Spread the dough in a mold, taking care to stitch it with a fork.
-
Line the base with vegetable grated then dplace the vegetable lardons.

Pour the quiche mix.
-
Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes.
