INGREDIENTS (15 crepes)
  • YUMGO Whole                       150 gr

  • Flour                                       300 gr

  • Oil                                            40 gr

  • Soy milk                                 750 gr

  • Sugar                                       40 gr

  • Rum                                         25 gr

  • Put the flour in a bowl and form a well

  • Add the Whole YUMGO and the oil

  • Mix gently with a whisk, gradually adding the milk

  • The dough should have a consistency of a slightly thick liquid

  • Heat a non-stick pan and lightly oil it

  • Pour a ladle of dough, distribute it in the pan then wait for it to be cooked on one side before turning it over

  • Cook all the pancakes over low heat.
