for 15 crepes
  • 150g YUMGO Whole
  • 250g of flour
  • 40g oil
  • 500 g plant-based milk
  • 40g sugar
  • 25g rum

  • Put the flour in a bowl and form a well. Add the YUMGO Whole, the oil and the sugar.
  • Mix gently with a whisk, adding the milk gradually. The dough should thicken.
  • Add the rum and mix.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and lightly oil it.
  • Pour a ladle of batter, distribute it in the pan and wait for it to be cooked on one side before flipping the crepe over.
  • Cook the rest of the crepes over low heat.
