VEGAN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
  • Plant based butter                 30 gr

  • Flour                                    125 gr

  • 1/2 sachet baking powder

  • Sugar                                    15 gr

  • YUMGO Whole                      50 gr

  • Plant based milk                  150 gr

  • Salt 1 pinch

STEPS
  • Melt the plant based butter.

  • Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

  • Add YUMGO Whole and mix with a whisk.

  • Add the melted butter.

  • Gradually add the vegetable milk while mixing with the whisk.

  • Leave to rest for 1 hour in the fridge.

  • Cook on a hot pan.

  • Add the desired topping.
