SWEET DOUGH

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g flour

  • 120g margarine

  • 80g icing sugar

  • 16 g ground almonds

  • 24 g of YUMGO White

  • 16 g of YUMGO Yolk

  • 2g salt

STEPS
  1. Sand all the dry ingredients with the margarine.

  2. Mix the YUMGO White and the YUMGO Yolk. Add it to the dry mix.

  3. Knead without stiffening the dough.

  4. Place in the fridge to cool quickly.

  5. Cook for 20 minutes at 160°C.
