INGREDIENTS

  • YUMGO Whole                         50 gr

  • Plant-based butter                    60 gr

  • Sugar                                     125 gr

  • Salt                                        1 pinch

  • Plant-based milk (or water)     25 cL

  • Rice flour                                250 gr

  • Baking powder                         11 gr

  • Chocolate                               100 gr

PREPARATION

  • Mix all the rice flour, the baking powder, the sugar and a pinch of salt.

  • Melt the plant-based butter.

  • Mix the YUMGO whole, the melted plant-based butter and the plant-based milk.

  • Mix all the preparations together. Fill the mold with the preparation and insert a piece of chocolate inside.

  • Bake in a hot oven at 180°C for 25 min.
