Vegan moell'oeufs muffins from Aska Landemaine, 14 years old!

Made with white Yumgo and yellow Yumgo but above all with a lot of love, this ultra simple 100% vegan muffin recipe is to be reproduced at home without moderation!

  • 320g of T45 flour

  • 130g of vegetable butter 

  • 130g sugar 

  • 60g of white YUMGO 

  • 40g of yellow YUMGO 

  • 1 vanilla pod 

  • 160g of vegetable milk 

  • 10g baking yeast 

  • 1 pinch of salt 

  • 100g of chocolate chips 

  • 2 bananas  



  • Mix the butter and sugar with a whisk 

  • Gradually add the white and yellow YUMGO while mixing

  • Add half of the flour and the sifted baking yeast 

  • Add the vegetable milk 

  • Add the rest of the flour 

  • Add the chocolate chips and bananas 

  • Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C
