INGREDIENTS

  • YUMGO Whole                         150 gr

  • Cacao powder                            80 gr

  • Planted-based milk (or water)  180 gr

  • Rice flour                                 300 gr

  • Sugar                                       120 gr

  • Baking powder                          1/2 cs

  • Plant-based butter                    250 gr

PREPARATION

  • Melt the chocolate and the plant-based butter separately.

  • Mix the melted plant-based butter with sugar.

  • Mix YUMGO Whole, cacao powder, sift rice flour, baking powder and the melted chocolate together.

  • Add the preparation with plant-based butter and sugar and mix.

  • Add the plant-based milk to the preparation. Mix well.

  • Bake in a hot oven at 160°C for 1h15.
