Mélissa or @meliesphere on social medias is a culinary stylist and videographer specialized in "vegeta*ian cuisine" like she describes it! She revisited our chocolate mousse recipe by adding a vegetable oil!  Thank you !

Mousse choco par Mélissa (Meliesphere)
  • 100 gr of dark chocolate

  • 100 gr of YUMGO White

  • 3 spoons of sugar

  • 1 spoon of coconut oil


  • Melt the chocolate wather-bath method

  • Add the sugar and the oil and keep it away to cool it down. 

  • Beat YUMGO White until stiff and add it very slowly to the preparation, make sure you mixed it up.

  • Put it in the fridge at least 4 hours before you taste it.
