Ingredients

300 g dark chocolate 68%

180 g of YUMGO White

60 g brown sugar

180 g vegetable milk
-
80 g coconut oil
Steps

Heat the vegetable milk. Just before it boils, mix the milk with the chocolate to melt it.

Add the coconut oil to the milk mixture then mix.

Cool the mixture until it is just warm.

Beat YUMGO Blanc until stiff, using the maximum speed of the mixer.

Incorporate the sugar gradually during the expansion of YUMGO then pour over the melted chocolate.

Mix gently with a spatula.

Pour into the containers.

Keep cool for 2 to 3 hours.
CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS

Chocolate 225 gr

Plant based butter 180 gr

Sugar 200 gr

Rice flour 62.5 gr
-
Maizena 70 gr
-
Potato starch 25 gr
-
Baking powder 3 gr
-
Salt 2 pinches
-
YUMGO Yolk 100 gr

Water 100 gr
PREPARATION

Melt butter in a pan

Add YUMGO Yolk then water, heat everything

In a container, put the chocolate, the sugar

Add the liquid mixture which will gently melt chocolate

Mix with a whisk

Add flour while sifting
-
Add salt, baking powder, potato starch and cornstarch
-
For a smooth and shiny texture, finish with an electric mixer

160 degree cooking for 40 to 50 minutes
