VANILLA ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
  • Natural plant-based yogurt (soya for example) 400 gr

  • Plain almond milk without sugar 150ml

  • 1 vanilla pod

  • Maple syrup or coconut or stevia sugar (quantity according to taste)

  • YUMGO White 50 ml

 
STEPS
  • Scrape the vanilla pod in the almond vanilla milk and put the emptied pod in the almond milk and let it cool. Remove from heat and let infuse.
    Let cool. Reserve.

  • Whisk the yogurt with the maple syrup or sugar and add the vanilla almond milk.
    Reserve.

  • Beat YUMGO White until stiff.

  • Gently mix the egg whites and the preparation.

  • Immediately place in an ice cream maker.

  • To be served with red fruits.
