  • Flour                               130 gr

  • YUMGO Whole                200gr

  • Sugar                              130gr

  • Plant based butter             30gr


  • Mix the sugar and Whole YUMGO in a water bath below 43 ° C, using a whisk. Remove the preparation from the bain-marie, and whip the mixture in a blender.
