  • 120 g T45 flour
  • 3g baking powder
  • 135g ground almonds
  • 300g icing sugar
  • 300 g of YUMGO White
  • 165 g vegetable butter
  1. Put the YUMGO Blanc in a tank. Add the flour, icing sugar, almond powder and baking powder.
  2. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the melted butter and mix.
  4. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
