INGREDIENTS
  • YUMGO White        170gr

  • Caster sugar           150gr

  • Almond powder     140gr

  • Icing sugar              50gr

  • Maizena                   40gr

 
STEPS
  • Beat YUMGO White until stiff

  • Start to add caster sugar progressively (in 2-3 times) and continue beating. 

  • Mix almond powder, icing sugar and maizena

  • Mix slowly with YUMGO meringue

  • Spread on a 20X30 cm baking sheet

  • Bake at 165 °C for 13 minutes.
