Ingredients

  • 82 g flour

  • 5 g baking powder

  • 1 g salt

  • 30 g heavy cream 30% 

  • 37 g butter or margarine

  • 0.4 g pepper

  • 12 g of YUMGO Whole Powder + 81 g of water (to hydrate the powder) or 93 g of Yumgo Whole Liquid

Process

  1. For powder product, mix YUMGO Whole Powder with the water to rehydrate it.

  2. Mix YUMGO Whole ( rehydrated Powder or liquid)  with the cream.

  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper, and add to the previous mixture.

  4. Add the melted butter or margarine and mix well.

  5. Cook for 50 minutes at 170°C.
