  • 200g T45 flour

  • 150g YUMGO Whole

  • 70g soy milk

  • 10 g baking powder

  • 80g vegetable oil

  • 80 g of plant-based cheese 

  • 50 g walnuts


Sweet whipped cream :

  • 100 g of plant-based cheese 

  • 100 g foaming plant-based cream

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.

  • Mix all the ingredients for the device.

  • Add the toppings cut into pieces (plant-based cheese, walnuts).

  • Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.

  • Cut the vegan cheese into small pieces.

  • Add the plant-based cream and bring everything to a stand mixer at medium speed.

  • Pipe the whipped cream over the cupcakes and refrigerate until tasting.
