ALMOND CREAM 

INGREDIENTS

  • Margarine  257.5g

  • Caster sugar 207.5 g

  • Corn starch 65 g

  • Almond powder 310 g

  • Yumgo Whole Rehydrated Powder 160 g

STEPS

  • Mix the softened butter, sugar and ground almonds until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

  • Add Yumgo Whole previously rehydrated little by little, avoiding overfilling the mixture.
