  • 75 gr of plant based butter

  • 85 gr of sugar

  • 60 gr of crushed hazelnuts

  • 150 gr of wheat flour

  • 1 packet of yeast

 

 
STEPS
 
  • Melt the plant based butter and add YUMGO White after shaking the bottle well

  • Add sugar and mix

  • Pour the wheat flour and yeast

  • Mix until a smooth paste is obtained

  • Add the hazelnuts

  • Form the first bases with your dough and then garnish them with plant based chocolate spreads

  • Close and consolidate cookies

  • Bake it 12 minutes, oven heat : 200 ° C
