CHOCOLATE AND PEANUTS VEGAN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

  • Dark chocolate                  300 gr

  • Sugar                                100 gr

  • Plant based butter              90 gr

  • Peanut butter                      80 gr

  • YUMGO Whole                   50 gr

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Flour                                 100 gr

  • Baking powder          1 tea spoon

  • Peanuts                            100 gr

STEPS
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

  • Melt 200 gr of chocolate in a double boiler.

  • Add the plant based butter, sugar, peanut butter, YUMGO Whole and vanilla, mix.

  • Incorporate the flour, baking powder, peanuts and 100 gr of chocolate cut into pieces, mix.

  • Form small balls on a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12 minutes.

  • Leave to harden on the baking sheet.
