CARBONARA

INGREDIENTS
 
  • 100 g of YUMGO Yolk (liquid or rehydrated)

  • 60 g plant-based parmesan

  • 150 g plant-based bacon

  • Pasta cooking water

  • Kala Namak Himalayan black salt

  • Pepper

STEPS

​

  • Cook your fresh pasta with YUMGO Yolk in a pot of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.

​

  • Mix the YUMGO Yolk and the plant-based parmesan.

  • Add the pasta cooking water.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Once cooked, mix the carbonara with the pasta.

  • Add plant-based parmesan as a topping and serve hot.
