PLANT BASED BLINIS

For Christmas holidays, we made these soft and light blinis that go very well with the plant-based substitute for fish roe like salmon roe and caviar from UMI AMI.

INGREDIENTS
  • Flour                                       200 gr

  • Baking powder                       11 gr

  • YUMGO White                        100 gr

  • Plant based milk                     200 gr

  • Salt

 

PREPARATION

  • Mount YUMGO White in snow

  • Incorporate the egg whites into the flour / baking powder / salt mixture.

  • Gradually add the plant based milk,

  • Mix well

  • Rest the dough for 30min then cook in a pan

  • Cook the first side over low so that the blini can cook inside
