  • Baker's yeast              6g dry or 12g fresh

  • Almond milk                                   100 gr

  • Plant based butter                             80 gr

  • Dilute the yeast in lukewarm milk and wait 10 min

  • Mix the salt, the sugar, the flour then add the YUMGO Whole, the milk with the yeast and a little orange blossom, knead for 10 minutes.

  • Add the cubed plant based butter and knead until the dough comes off the sides and forms a ball.

  • Let rest and push the dough overnight at room temperature, covered with a tea towel or filmed on contact.

  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cover with the spread.

  • Roll the dough like a wrap and divide the wrap in half.

  • Braid the two parts upwards.

  • Place in a mold and let rise for 1 hour under a tea towel.

  • For the gilding, mix sugar and almond milk and cover with a brush.
