300 g dark chocolate 68%

180 g vegetable milk

80 g coconut oil
Steps

Heat the vegetable milk. Just before it boils, mix the milk with the chocolate to melt it.

Add the coconut oil to the milk mixture then mix.

Cool the mixture until it is just warm.

Beat YUMGO Blanc until stiff, using the maximum speed of the mixer.

Incorporate the sugar gradually during the expansion of YUMGO then pour over the melted chocolate.

Almond milk 100 gr

Plant based butter 80 gr

Salt 4 gr

STEPS

Dilute the yeast in lukewarm milk and wait 10 min

Mix the salt, the sugar, the flour then add the YUMGO Whole, the milk with the yeast and a little orange blossom, knead for 10 minutes.

Add the cubed plant based butter and knead until the dough comes off the sides and forms a ball.

Let rest and push the dough overnight at room temperature, covered with a tea towel or filmed on contact.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cover with the spread.
